Launched in 2017, the QuickFree^® zipper is designed with a uniquely shaped slider that provides easier insertion of the insert pin and quick release which allows the slider to “snap” open when a certain amount of “pulling” force (based on our lock strength test) is applied to the slider without damaging the zipper. Engineered for children and the elderly to easily operate, it is also designed to help prevent injury to children in the event their clothing gets caught and pulled. The quick release function makes this QuickFree^® zipper is perfect for quick removal in sportsapparel, other outdoor applications, and for children’s clothes.
