TAILOOR BRINGS 3D INNOVATION AND AI-COMMERCE TO THE SPORTS BUSINESS AT ISPO MUNICH 2025
Tailoor, the Italian 3D AI-Commerce platform and pioneer in digital product personalization, will participate in ISPO Monaco 2025, presenting its latest solutions for interactive 3D configuration, personalized e-commerce, and AI integrations dedicated to the sports and technical apparel sectors. In this context, Parma Calcio 1913 has chosen to invest in innovation by introducing solutions capable of bringing the community even closer to the team. Among the projects showcased at ISPO is the new official e-commerce platform of Parma Calcio 1913, developed by Tailoor in collaboration with ICT Sviluppo and Iride Comunicazione. Launched in recent months, the store introduces an immersive and intuitive experience that allows fans to configure their match kit in 3D, customizing name, number, patches, and details, while viewing the final result in real time. A system that transforms each supporter into a co-creator of their product and marks a significant step forward in the Club’s digital fan experience. The first results from the new store confirm fans’ growing interest in personalized digital experiences: • 28% increase in kit orders compared to the previous period. • Average order value up by 35% for personalized kits versus standard kits. During Sport Tech Nation, Jacopo Thun, CEO of Tailoor, and Lorenzo Galletti, Digital Marketing Director at Parma Calcio, will give a talk dedicated to the transformation of the fan experience through 3D, AI-Commerce, and new phygital models. The Tailoor platform is also designed to be fully scalable and applicable across multiple product categories, from merchandising to accessories, lifestyle items, and technical apparel. Any object can become configurable and customizable, reducing waste, increasing perceived value, and generating new phygital experiences between brands and their communities.
