At ISPO Munich, Technikum Laubholz GmbH (TLH) presents WDBSD TX^®, a wood-based textile fiber designed for versatile, high-performance applications. Produced from regional hardwood, such as beech, using an ionic liquid (IL) spinning process for which TLH has acquired patent rights from the German Institutes of Textile and Fiber Research (DITF), WDBSD TX^® addresses the growing demand for sustainable yet functional materials.
