Founded in 1979 as a polyurethane elastic tapes producer, Framis Italia has over 40 years of successful innovation and development of heat-bonding applications, solutions, and machines for the apparel industry.

Over the years, Framis Italia has developed and improved the NoSo^® heat-welding system, providing a full range of sustainable, innovative, and high-quality services and products in thermo-adhesive applications with a 360° approach to the technology by supplying films, tapes, and machines to international fashion and lifestyle brands and their partner manufacturers.

Framis Italia is the only Company that offers both the heat-welding tapes and the machines to apply them.

The chemical-textile division develops and produces a wide range of textile accessories through the coating and extruding plants. The mechanical division designs and develops the machinery for the application of the heat-bonding tapes giving our bonding machines the potential of sewing machines in assembling garments.

Framis Italia takes care of the environmental impact of its actions, in particular in how preventing and investing today can guarantee a better tomorrow. To achieve this mission, a series of sustainable activities have been implemented, from the improvement of production processes to the creation of new green products and machines.

Now Framis Italia is an international company that structures its business through the Italian unit, Framis Italia, the historical site of production, R&D, and sales; the Hong Kong unit, Framis Italia HK, created in 2008 to manage the Asian market; the US unit, Framis Italia USA, created in 2016 to consolidate the international presence and the new opening Framis Italia VN in Vietnam.
