Productos Deportivos SA (LAKEN) is a company founded in 1912 in Murcia (Spain). Since its beginnings, the company has been dedicated to the manufacture of reusable containers, mainly made of aluminium.

Over the years, LAKEN's product offering has evolved considerably. On the one hand, we have specialized in the manufacture of bottles and canteens. Although we maintain a broader catalogue, which includes everything from thermo flasks to leather canteens or camping tableware, our star product is bottles.

On the other hand, we have diversified our offer in terms of performance and materials. We now offer thermal and non-thermal bottles, in aluminium, Tritan and stainless steel.

The objective is to cover all types of beverage and food transportation needs, both in everyday life and in sports practice and special occasions, both for sportsmen and for a more general public, with a wide variety of tastes and requirements.

And to do so in the most environmentally friendly way possible.

Our main product, the reusable bottle, is essentially sustainable. But we are also constantly working to improve our production processes to reduce their impact on the planet.

One of our main achievements in recent years, although not the only one, has been to start manufacturing our aluminium bottles with 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) aluminium. With this change, we have drastically reduced CO₂ emissions and energy consumption in obtaining raw material, we are reusing a huge amount of aluminium that otherwise would not be used and, of course, we are reducing the demand for pure material, with all the savings in resources that this entails.
